Jordyn Newman, Designer.
Motivated by her indie-style music and interest in transcendentalism, the clothing and designs she creates are earthy and vintage-inspired. Her interest for starting Trees bloomed from her love of organic products and hope that clothing would soon turn to that destination. Designing has always been her choice of medium as she puts her thoughts and influence to work in that form. Jordyn is inspired by the things she surrounds herself with, she creates most of her own dyes with objects like assorted coffees and teas, flowers, and fruits; her three favorite things. “I think the good things of the earth can be worn as a statement of love and affection for the planet that gives us life.”

Heather Mulloy, Designer.
Heather’s fashion is highly influenced by a clash of both the 1920’s and 60’s eras. Floral patterns are used most frequently in her pieces, as they also influence her personal style, along with natural colors and slim-fitted denim. The 60’s own high-waisted skirts and mini dresses are also favored in her designs, as are colored tights and oxford heels. Her influences include Gunne Siax, Heatherette, and Marc Jacobs. Heather’s designs are made up of inspirations from white daisies to rotten apples. Nature’s shapes and flawless patterns are encorporated into her clothing; “nature provides all the the things we need to live a sustainable life and natural products help sustain nature.”
